Light output more than adequate for urban cruising and nighttime crosscountry. Rugged polycarbonate construction. This is the stuff they make Glocks out of ,isn''t it? Battery pack in convenient "water bottle" case. Waterproof switches. Even includes helmet bracket and extra wiring harness for helmet use. Good price.
Battery heavy. Bought set up with extra battery which quit working soon after purchase. Tried to get dealer to make right but they said I''d have to deal direct with Nite Hawk. After much procrastinating see comments.

Nite Hawk is apparently now out of business (today is 1/20/09). No battery or anything else from them now,I guess. I''ve removed the actual battery from the water bottle case. It is made by Infinity Battery. Trying to contact them for replacement. This is not so much of a review as it is a warning to anybody who might be considering buying any Nite Hawk product. Even though there is still stuff for sale out there, there won''t be any company for support, warranty, parts, service, etc.
