Superintendent
As a superintendent, you’re the person in charge onsite. You communicate between management and your crews to complete jobs on budget and schedule. You meet with owners and upper management, solve problems, schedule, and manage job costs. While you don’t do much hands-on, physical labor anymore, the job couldn’t succeed without you.
