Arriving
If you’re attending a workshop or the Dirt World Golf Open on Wednesday, we recommend you arrive on Tuesday evening. That way you’ll be in town and ready to go when the fun begins.

If you’re not attending a pre-conference event, plan to arrive on Wednesday in time for Registration. It runs from 4 to 7 p.m. and includes an Echelon Front + BuildWitt Meet-n-Greet.

Departing
The Summit ends at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. We recommend booking your flight home after 7:30 p.m. so you have plenty of time to get to the airport. Or, stay an extra night so you can enjoy all the exciting things Houston has to offer before you fly home on Saturday.

Only valet parking is available at the hotel. Parking rates are $25 plus tax for up to three hours, $30 plus tax for three to 10 hours, and $45 plus tax for overnight parking.

We will provide transportation to and from the Echelon Front FTX event and the Dirt World Golf Open. We’ll provide a bus schedule closer to the event.
