Nikki had a varied career. She worked in the medical field, worked as a loan officer for a bank, and also worked in purchasing.
Her manager at Goodall Homes, Ryan, brought her onboard as an administrative assistant with Southern Site when the company started in 2017.
Nikki said that at Southern Site, “We were all like one big family. Everyone had each other’s backs, and we truly had our team members’ best interests at heart. We wanted to help everyone succeed."
She said her favorite thing about working at Southern Site Contractors was that no two days were ever the same. Nikki enjoyed interacting with all of her team members, and she loved getting to know everyone. She said, "It made getting up and going to work every day so much fun.”
Nikki's love for people served her well when she became the Vice President of People in HR at BuildWitt.
Outside of work, Nikki married her middle school crush in 2016, and they had a son and a daughter together. They were all big Nashville Predators fans. Nikki also loved traveling to “anywhere with a beach” and attending concerts.
