Brady’s a dog person and a cat person. She even adopted abandoned kittens her team found on one of their jobsites. And her kind heart carried over into her role as an accounting manager at RAWSO. Under her consistent leadership, the accounting department flourished.
Brady’s career in construction began after she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013. She had a strong work ethic and strove for excellence. Doing the right thing was just how Brady operated, and it made her a great example to her coworkers.
Brady’s opinion about working in construction? She tells young people, “It’s a great career path.”
