Bridger Snow

When he was younger, Bridger Snow started doing small exvacation projects for his neighbors in Utah, which led to him hiring a friend to help him out. Soon he was running Snow Excavation, with four employees.

Despite being a young business owner, Bridger was successful in the industry and had great experience hiring younger guys to work for him. He knew the importance of training and teaching the new guys, starting with the basics no matter their age, and making sure that they understand common practices.
