I married into a second-generation family-run excavating business in Connecticut called LaFata & Son Inc. that was established in the 70s.
I left my job as a teacher to become the bookkeeper, and as the company grew, so did we.
We opened a second company that I became president of. @adequipment sells the excavator attachments that we use daily in our excavating division.
We're raising four kids in the construction industry, and they know for sure how invaluable the trades are.
