"My name is Edvin, I'm a Grader Operator from Norway.

"I began my journey in the industry five years ago as a mechanic apprentice. After working as a mechanic for about three and a half years, I decided to try something new. That's when I discovered my passion for operating a grader. In my opinion, it's the most enjoyable job on any site.

"My path to this position involved a combination of luck and a deep interest in machines from a young age, as well as a drive to continuously improve at my job. In Norway, it's quite common for the younger generation to join the industry. I think this is largely due to the people and, of course, the attractive salary."
