I was a stay-at-home mom of two for eleven years before going into grading. ⁣

My husband and cousin, who were already going in their career, approached me with a job offer as a roller operator. ⁣

Although I was a little nervous, I accepted the offer, and it has been one of the most rewarding choices in my life! I have always been up for a good challenge. ⁣

As a female and only 5ft tall, it has definitely been challenging at times, but I've succeeded with every goal I've ever set. ⁣

I've been an operator for a little over four years now. Working beside my husband daily and for an amazing company that has helped me go further than I would have ever imagined. ⁣

Receiving this kind of support is a huge blessing, and I'm so very thankful the opportunity was presented to me because I absolutely love my career. ⁣

My advice for females interested in this industry would be to make that step and believe in yourself!!
