Jeffery Kading

Jeffery was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and he came from a large family. He moved to Illinois and earned his bachelor’s degree from Elmhurst College while coaching children’s soccer on the side.

He became a salesman for a paint company, but he quickly realized sales wasn’t his passion. Jeffery shifted gears: he took a job as  a laborer for a restoration and remediation company. He worked for that company for two years before joining the team at MILBURN Demolition, where he eventually became an estimator and project manager.

Jeffery thought one of the keys to MILBURN’s success was the focus on upholding some of the most rigorous safety standards in the industry. In addition, he felt that MILBURN excelled at understanding each client’s specific needs and delivering exactly what they needed on any given project.
